HPMS(Small Animal Physiological Monitoring System)는 하나의 작은 플랫폼에서 여러 생리학적 매개변수를 측정하는 기기입니다.
모니터링 소프트웨어는 Android 태블릿에 사전 설치되어 있습니다. 모든 데이터는 표시 및 저장을 위해 Bluetooth를 통해 Android 태블릿으로 전송됩니다. 실시간 디스플레이는 사용자가 사용자 정의할 수 있는 파형과 숫자 값을 제공합니다. 3개의 그래프 각각에 여러 신호를 표시할 수 있습니다.
실험이 끝나면 기록된 데이터를 분석을 위해 모든 컴퓨터로 쉽게 전송할 수 있습니다. 데이터를 LabChart 또는 CSV 형식으로 변환하고 Excel 및 MATLAB에서 신호를 표시하기 위한 스크립트 및 유틸리티가 제공됩니다.

Physiological Parameters Measured
- ECG: integrated electrodes under the paws & external electrodes
- Respiration: waveform acquired with a sensor under the animal
- Heart and Breath Rate: real-time display from the ECG and respiration waveform
- Warming and Temperature: heated platform and rectal probe for precise control and monitoring
- Blood Pressure (option): connection for a pressure catheter
- SpO2 (option): pulse oximetry and oxygen saturation with a paw/tail sensor
- Exhaled CO2 (option): gas ports for precise CO2 measurements (with an external ventilator)
