공포 조절 및 놀람 반사
StartFear Combined 시스템은 동물이 mouse, rat 상관없이 하나의 동일한 인클로저에서 공포 조건화와 놀람 반사 실험을 모두 수행하기 위한 Combined system입니다(from 15grs to 300 grs. or more depending on the use or not of a restrainer). .
기본적으로 StartFear 시스템은 고감도 Weight Transducer 시스템을 통해 동물의 움직임에 의해 생성된 신호를 기록하고 분석할 수 있습니다.
아날로그 신호는 activity/immobility(FREEZING) 또는 startle response characterization(STARTLE) 측면에서 기록 목적 및 사후 분석을 위해 로드 셀 장치를 통해 FREEZING 및 STARTLE 소프트웨어 모듈로 전송됩니다.
해당 하드웨어와 관련된 추가 인터페이스를 통해 PACKWIN 소프트웨어(PACKWINCSST and PACKWINCSFR, respectively)의 STARTLE 및 FREEZING 모듈에서 자극(light, sounds, shock, air puff))을 제어할 수 있습니다.
StartFear 케이지는 검은색 메타크릴레이트 벽과 투명한 전면 도어로 만들어졌습니다. 공포 조건화 실험에서 벽, 덮개 및 바닥은 다른 재료 또는 색상일 수 있습니다. 또한, 투명 실린더는 테스트 단계 동안 주제의 맥락 공간 인식을 수정하기 위해 실험 챔버에 배치할 수 있습니다.
